Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency treatment, complex assessments, and diagnoses for critically ill or injured patients.
• Accurately document patient care and transport details for compliance and billing.
• Collaborate with team members, management, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Stay current on best practices by attending mandatory training, skill labs, and clinical rotations.
• Maintain compliance with all certifications, protocols, and safety standards.

What You Bring

• Certification : Active paramedic certification in California.
• Experience : At least 3 years (5 years preferred) in a 911/pre-hospital service setting.
• Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, and PHTLS/ITLS (NRP preferred).
• Specialized Credentials : FP-C certification within 24 months of hire.
• Physical Requirements : Body weight below 235 lbs; ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Preferred : Flight or transport experience and a bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range : $66,000–$81,170 annually.
• Bonuses :
  • Up to 25% location bonus.
  • Sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 for California candidates.
• Incentives : Shift bonuses, annual safety and employee bonuses, and continuing education allowances.
