Starting Rate of pay:  $18.84/hour

Shifts Available and Hours: Nightshift, 6pm-6am

Shift Premium:  $2.00/hour extra for shift differential

Bonus : Monthly Profit Sharing

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate mobile equipment including forklift and/ or combi lift to move, stack, and stage material in designated areas.
• Maintain a safe environment by driving carefully, using standard operating procedures, utilizing clear communication with surrounding team members, and always watching for pedestrians. 
• Perform all required ME inspections, replace propane tank when needed, and notify Maintenace when repairs are needed.   and notify
• Adhere to all safety and mobile equipment policies .
• Assist in packing and/or inspection of parts when needed,
• Finishes tasks in a timely manner to meet productivity goals.
• Work closely with Packaging team members and coordinate with other departments as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior experience required. Some manufacturing experience preferred.
• Previous ME certification a plus.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
