As a Patient Coordinator, PRN , you will be the first point of contact for patients, referring physicians, and the general public at the imaging center. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, welcoming patients and their families, ensuring all visitors feel comfortable, and anticipating and addressing the needs of our patients.
PRN: This means the employee will not have a regular, fixed schedule but will be called in to work based on the needs of the organization.
Responsibilities:This role involves welcoming patients, managing phone calls, directing calls to the appropriate departments, scheduling appointments, collecting patient balances at the time of service, and performing various front desk duties as needed.
Note: Coverage is required for weekends and evenings due to extended hours.
