Front Desk Sales Location Houston, TX (Spring Branch area) :

Modern Acupuncture is the leading franchise organization of Acupuncture, and we currently have PART TIME Zen Advisor openings in our Memorial location, located at I10 and Bunker Hill .

The front desk position is all about providing an exceptional service experience to our customers in a fast-paced environment. This is a part time position. We are open 6 days a week, from 10-7 during the week and 10-4 on weekends. We are actively seeking candidates that would be able to work full or partial shifts and Saturday and Sundays from 9:30-4:30!

The position will entail greeting and assisting new and existing acupuncture clients. A passion for acupuncture, health , and helping others is a must. Basic acupuncture knowledge is helpful, however, training will be provided.

The Job Responsibilities are:

• Manage clinic phone calls
• Provide the highest levels of customer service for all guests and members throughout their visit
• Assist guests and members with the completion of required paperwork
• Educating and answering acupuncture related questions
• Sell the plan or package that is best suited to the patient's treatment plan given by the acupuncturist
• Complete transactions using point of sale software (MINDBODY) and ensure all patient accounts are current and accurate
• Contacting opportunity leads from marketing campaigns
• Participate in marketing opportunities to help the clinic build new patient counts
• Manage daily clinic operations including ensuring it's clean and that inventory is stocked
• Manage the flow of guests and members through the clinic in an organized manner
• Execute all of Modern Acupuncture's Standard Operating Procedures
• Maintain the highest levels of professionalism and decorum at all times
• Be a team player and contribute to a positive, healthy workplace culture

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (associates degree or higher preferred)
• Cheerful, positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
• Able to work weekends/evenings (as required)
• Able to use office equipment; computer, tablet, and phone system
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Dedication to high quality service
• Maintain a professional appearance and wear company approved attire
• Confident in presenting and selling services
• Sales experience of 1 year or more
• Office management or marketing experience a plus
• MindBody experience a plus

Pay: $15.00 per hour plus commissions and monthly bonus opportunities

Schedule:

• Day Shift 10-7 or 10-2, or 2-7
• Weekend hours are 9:30-4:30
