We are seeking a Front End Developer to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications that support inventory and ordering workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with ReactJS, NextJS, and React Native, along with a passion for accessibility, performance optimization, and building intuitive, touch-friendly user experiences.
This position focuses on tablet-first (iPad), mobile, and desktop solutions and requires close collaboration with product owners, designers, and backend engineers. The Front End Developer will play a key role in ensuring application stability, performance, and accessibility across multiple platforms.

The position emphasizes performance, accessibility, and reliability by applying best practices such as code splitting, route prefetching, list virtualization, and error boundaries. The role also includes implementing telemetry and monitoring to ensure application health and resiliency while delivering inclusive user experiences across tablet, mobile, and desktop platforms.
ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain ReactJS and NextJS pages using SSR and ISR as appropriate
Design and ship tablet-first (iPad), mobile, and desktop user experiences using ReactJS, NextJS, and React Native
Implement deep linking and maintain application state across platforms and workflows
Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and deliver touch-friendly user interfaces
Optimize application performance using code splitting, route prefetching, and list virtualization
Develop high-performance, data-intensive views to support inventory and ordering workflows
Implement error boundaries to improve application stability and resiliency
Instrument application telemetry using Application Insights
Write unit and end-to-end (E2E) tests using Jest, React Testing Library, and Playwright
Collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions
Follow established coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices to ensure maintainable and reusable code
