In this role, you will engage in a formal training program lasting one year, during which they will acquire the responsibilities associated with the position of Geoscientist. These responsibilities encompass conducting hydrogeologic assessments pertaining to groundwater and soil contamination, addressing pollution events, and processing permit applications aimed at safeguarding groundwater resources. Additionally, the incumbent will supervise and coordinate contractors involved in remedial planning, design, and construction at State Superfund and Hazardous Sites Cleanup Act (HSCA) locations. They will also evaluate hydrogeologic data for permit applications, decision documents, and remediation plans, ensuring adherence to both state and federal regulations.Work Schedule and Additional Information:
