**In affiliation with the University of Arizona, Banner-University Medical Center Phoenix is seeking an experienced Hospice & Palliative Medicine Physician** .Mentoring and resources are available for developing an academic career. The qualified candidate will receive a faculty appointment consistent with their credentials and will have opportunity to grow Hospice & Palliative Care within the community and teach students, residents, and fellows from the University of Arizona. **Position Highlights:** + Deliver excellent patient-centered hospice and palliative care within the clinical setting, demonstrating sound knowledge of medical specialty. + Exercise didactic and clinical teaching for care staff, residents, fellows, and medical students + Research Involvement that contributes to the cure or management of diseases while advancing designated educational programs + Active participation in systemwide Palliative Care, Geriatrics, and Integrative Medicine Clinical Consensus Groups **Minimum Requirements:** + American Board of Internal Medicine certified/eligible + Fellowship-trained in Hospice and Palliative Medicine **Work Schedule** : Monday-Friday | Some Weekend Call Coverage **Location: Banner University Medical Center- Phoenix Campus | Hospice and Palliative Care,** 1111 E McDowell Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85006 **Banner Benefits:** **You take care of others.
