**Job Description:** We are seeking a highly qualified Health & Safety Manager to oversee and implement safety protocols across our construction sites. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction safety, particularly in **commercial solar projects.** **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with OSHA standards and regulations. + Conduct regular safety audits and inspections on construction sites to identify and mitigate potential hazards. + Provide safety training and education to employees and subcontractors. + Investigate and report on incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence. + Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure safety protocols are integrated into project planning and execution. + Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions. **Qualifications:** + Must have Solar Construction experience- specifically commercial solar + OSHA 500 or 510 is a plus but not required. + Must be able to travel throughout Western US states, (all travel expenses will be paid) + Experience in construction safety management + Experience working on commercial and industrial solar projects. + Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards. + Excellent communication and leadership skills. + Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. **Applications submitted without an updated resume will not be considered.** **Candidates must live in California or Arizona.** **Key Words -** Environmental Health and safety, EH&S - OSHA 510, solar construction **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
