Home Health Admission RN – Full-Time | Marion, IL
Required:
Associate degree or higher
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois (IL)
Valid Driver’s License (DL)
1+ years of experience with EMR systems such as Electronic Medical Record, Other EMR, or Practice Partner EMR
BLS or ACLS Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA BLS or AHA ACLS)

Join our client’s exceptional care team as a Home Health Admission RN in Marion, IL . This full-time role offers a competitive salary along with a $10,000 first-year sign-on bonus . You’ll be supported in a team-oriented environment, delivering compassionate care to patients in their homes.
Perform Start of Care (SOC) visits (3/day)
Develop and manage patient care plans
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
Ensure timely and accurate charting
Utilize mobile devices and EMR software
Manage daily schedules independently
Deliver high-quality, compassionate care
Full-Time:
Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday
8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Marion, IL and surrounding areas

Strong preference for Home Health or Hospice RN experience
