Job Description: HR Administrator
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Administrator to support human resources operations and ensure effective employee management processes. This role involves handling administrative tasks related to HR functions, maintaining employee records, and serving as a point of contact for inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files and HR documentation.
+ HR Support: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and payroll processing.
+ Communication: Address employee questions and liaise with management on HR matters.
+ Compliance: Ensure company policies and procedures align with employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
+ Previous experience in HR administration or a related role.
+ Knowledge of HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
+ Excellent organizational and communication skills.
