HVAC PM

A leading Mechanical Contracting Company is actively seeking an experienced and driven HVAC/Plumbing Service Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a Service Manager with a history of success. Excellent company culture. Compensation package commensurate with experience.

Qualifications for Senior PM / VP of Operations

* Technical Expertise : At least 5-10 years of hands-on experience in HVAC and plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair, often with a journeyman or master-level license in one or both trades.
* Management Skills : Proven ability to lead a team, typically with 2-5 years of supervisory experience, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation of technicians.
* Customer Service Experience : Strong communication skills to handle client interactions, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction, often with a track record of maintaining high service ratings.
* Business Acumen : Knowledge of budgeting, inventory management, and job costing, with the ability to oversee profitability and coordinate with vendors or suppliers.
