Immigration Consultation Attorney job at ST Law Office Delray Beach, FL, US

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Immigration Consultation Attorney to conduct consultations and assist with client onboarding. This is a remote position offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough and informative consultations with potential clients regarding various immigration matters, including family-based, employment-based, and humanitarian cases (VAWA, T-Visa, U-Visa, Asylum).
Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
Provide expert legal advice and guidance during consultations.
Assist with select casework as needed.
Contribute to business development and client retention efforts.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice law in any state in the United States.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration law, with a focus on family-based, employment-based, and humanitarian cases.
Proven experience in conducting client consultations.
Strong understanding of immigration procedures and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Experience with sales and business development.
Ability to dissect complex legal issues and offer sound advice to clients.
