IN-HOME CAREGIVER (PART-TIME POSITION)

LAFAYETTE, TN

WESTMORELAND, TN

We are looking for a compassionate in-home caregiver to join our growing team! The right candidate has a can-do attitude, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to provide many levels of support to our clients.

* MORNING & AFTERNOON SHIFTS AVAILABLE!!

* PART-TIME ONLY!!

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS AS NEEDED!
Pay Rate: $15-17/Hour
Caregiver & CPR Training Provided (Paid Training)
401K with Company Match
Benefits Provided for Full-Time Employees!

In-Home Caregiver Responsibilities:

Provide in-home care and assistance to clients, ensuring their safety and well-being
Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
Help with meal preparation and feeding
Assist with light housekeeping duties, including laundry and tidying up
Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients

In-Home Caregiver Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Excellent communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

In-Home Caregiver Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Attention to detail in providing care and following instructions
Physical stamina to assist with lifting, transferring, and mobility support if required
