Job Description:
Instructional Designer that is responsible for designing and developing engaging training programs specifically for a sales team, utilizing instructional design principles to create effective learning materials like e-learning modules, presentations, simulations, and assessments, while collaborating with sales leaders and subject matter experts to ensure content aligns with business objectives and addresses specific sales needs.
Will require bachelors and/or masters in Instructional Design.
Would like them to have experience in PowerPoint, Adobe, Articulate and Camtasia
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years in instructional design.
Must-Have Skills:
Experience with Articulate, Camtasia, MS PowerPoint, and Adobe.
Ability to build sales learning modules.
Background in healthcare medical devices.
Bachelor's degree in instructional design.
Good understanding of LMS (Learning Management Systems).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Interventional radiology experience, Master's degree in instructional design.
Additional Information:
Candidates should provide work samples and will work with Sales Trainers on a team of 3 sales teams.
