Role Summary

The Lifecycle Marketing Intern will work on Customer Engagement & Retention Optimization Projects. The intern will support the marketing team in developing strategies that engage, retain, and enhance the customer experience. This internship offers hands-on experience in CRM marketing, customer engagement tactics, and web content optimizations.

Skills

• Review Electrify America’s web content and customer engagement strategies, benchmarking them against industry best practices to identify opportunities for improving user experience, retention, and loyalty

Specialized Skills

• Interest in customer engagement, retention marketing, and digital strategy
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Basic understanding or interest in marketing concepts / Email marketing

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist in CRM strategy by supporting reporting, campaign planning, and content briefs
• Contribute to web content edits and optimizations
• Conduct digital marketing research on industry best practices and provide recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and analytics, to execute marketing initiatives

Preferred Major

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Days Required In-Office

• Wednesday's and Thursday's
