What is an Employee Experience Intern As an Employee Experience intern you will help our clients across our EX portfolioincluding communications strategy and change management behavior change employee insights (listening/surveys and assessments) and learn how to use WTWs employee experience software and other digital solutions. Youll work with some of the industrys top consultants developing your skills and technical knowledge while delivering creative cutting-edge solutions to real business issues. You will have immediate exposure to challenging client assignments that draw on your ability to analyze information and develop conclusions demonstrate imagination and creativity and create and deliver innovative solutions to key talent management organization design human capital and other related business challenges. The Role Comfort in navigating ambiguity and uncertainty organized thinking and communication skills and a willingness to engage in strategic design and tactical implementation is critical to success in this position. You will learn to connect solutions across EX to help deliver high-impact solutions for our clients most complex challenges.Key Attributes

Compensation: The hourly rate being offered for this role is $25-$26/hr USD. This role is also eligible for over-time.
