Join Master Electronics as a Cybersecurity Analyst and play a vital role in defending our digital landscape. We're looking for a driven, forward-thinking professional to lead the charge against cyber threats. You'll have the opportunity to design and implement cutting-edge security measures, actively monitor systems for vulnerabilities, and respond swiftly to incidents—all while collaborating with dynamic teams across the organization to build a resilient, security-first culture. Pay Range: $65,000 - $100,000

What you will do?:

Threat Detection & Response

  • Monitor security alerts and events to identify and respond to potential incidents.
  • Analyze security logs and SIEM data for suspicious or abnormal activity.
  • Investigate incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, investigations, and remediation.

Vulnerability & Risk Management

  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and risk evaluations across systems and networks.
  • Collaborate with IT and system administrators to remediate identified vulnerabilities and ensure timely patching.
  • Recommend and implement security improvements based on assessment results.

Security Operations & Tool Management

  • Manage and configure security tools such as firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
  • Stay informed on emerging threats, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve defenses.

Policy, Training & Compliance

  • Assist in the development, enforcement, and communication of security policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Conduct security training and awareness sessions for staff to promote a culture of cybersecurity.
  • Support internal audits and ensure compliance with security frameworks and regulations.

Collaboration & Documentation

  • Work closely with IT, system administrators, and other stakeholders to align on cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date documentation for security procedures and processes.
What you bring to the table!:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or CEH.
  • Proven experience in cybersecurity operations, incident response, and vulnerability management.
  • Solid understanding of security technologies, protocols, and risk management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Clear communication skills, capable of explaining technical issues to non-technical audiences.
