The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting and maintaining tickets, working with Active Directory, O365, set-up conference rooms, troubleshoot A/V equipment and more. Position: Sr. IT Support Technician Site Address: Irvine, CA Hours/Duration: 24 hrs/wk | Mon-Wed (part-time) Start Date: ASAP Hours: M-W, between the hours 8am-4pm Why Open: Additional Help Interview: 1 Video Interview > 1 Onsite > Offer Requirements Day to Day: + Provide first and second-level support for Windows-based PCs and laptops. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to printers, scanners, and other peripherals. + Support and maintain audiovisual equipment in conference rooms and shared spaces.
