Job Description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a creative, data-driven Jr. Sales & Marketing Coordinator to manage and optimize our online presence across multiple digital platforms and assist with all new business development endeavors. This role is responsible for executing digital campaigns, managing content strategy, driving lead generation, initial lead qualification and analyzing performance metrics to continuously adjust our sales and marketing strategies as needed. The position is located on-site at our downtown Saint Petersburg, FL corporate offices. 

This is not a high-volume sales role—it is a unique opportunity for a marketing professional with strong business acumen and analytical thinking to work in a specialized B2B environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving qualified opportunities, refining outreach strategies, supporting conference activities, and shaping the narrative of our services to high-value prospects across specific industries. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, PPC advertising, and email marketing. Develop and maintain content strategies for website and social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics such as website traffic, conversions, engagement, and lead quality.
  • Utilize and manage tools like Pipedrive, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Constant Contact to support CRM functions and performance tracking.
  • Optimize website and landing pages for SEO and conversion. Refresh update website content. 
  • Manage our social media presence, with a focus on B2B engagement and thought leadership, particularly on LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce high-quality digital assets that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Conduct and manage initial lead qualification and support the sales process through research, outreach, and development of tailored prospect materials.
  • Maintain and manage the client prospect lead database, ensuring data accuracy and usability. Analyze prospect and client data to support sales pipeline progression and strategic targeting.
  • Work with prospects to generate reporting necessary to qualify the account. 
  • Assist with coordination, logistics, and brand representation for trade conferences, sponsorships, and industry events.
  • Support the development of Alliance’s new business unit with analytical market research and client development. Stay current on digital marketing trends, industry positioning, and regulatory developments specific to Alliance’s service offering.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing tools and CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of digital content strategy and user engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in data analytics. 
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
  • Advanced Excel skills. 
  • Experience with WordPress CMS platforms.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, SEMRush, & backlink building.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS. Basic Java script.
