Job Description

Work Experience:

1. No strict work experience requirements. Fresh graduates and interns are welcome to apply. The company will provide comprehensive training and guidance.
2. Computer Skills: Knowledge of programming languages (such as Python, Java, etc.) and basic concepts of databases is a plus.
3. Nationality Requirement: Indonesian.
4. Work Location: Based in Cikarang and Jakarta, Indonesia.
5. Language Requirement: Some understanding of Chinese is required.

1. Customer Feedback Handling: Under the guidance of a mentor, learn how to handle customer feedback issues and organize the collected demand information.
2. Collaboration with Development Team: Maintain close communication with the development team, understand the software development progress and requirements, and provide support for operation and maintenance work.
3. Customer Communication and Maintenance: Establish and maintain good customer relationships under the guidance of a mentor, regularly visit customers to understand changes in their needs, and improve customer satisfaction.
4. Assist in Software Product Deployment: Learn and assist in the deployment of the company's software products under the guidance of a mentor, ensuring the stable operation of the system.

岗位职责：

1、客户反馈处理：在导师的指导下，学习如何处理客户反馈的问题，并整理收集到的需求信息。

2、与开发团队协作：与开发团队保持紧密沟通，了解软件的开发进度和需求，为运维工作提供支持。

3、客户沟通维护：在导师的指导下，建立并维护良好的客户关系，定期回访客户，了解需求变化，提升客户满意度。

4、协助软件产品部署：在导师的指导下，学习并协助完成公司软件产品的部署工作，确保系统能够稳定运行。
