Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Developer / Lead to support application development efforts for GreenDot Bank. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and maintaining enterprise-grade applications, with a focus on .NET technologies. This role requires technical leadership, collaboration with stakeholders, and hands-on development.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using the .NET framework.
Lead and mentor junior developers while contributing to hands-on coding.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in architectural discussions and provide technical recommendations.
Ensure best practices in coding standards, design patterns, and software security.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing applications.
Work in an agile environment with sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Required Skills & Experience:
7 9 years of experience as a .NET Developer, including leadership experience.
Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and related frameworks.
Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Azure Cloud services (App Services, Azure Functions, DevOps pipelines, etc.).
Exposure to front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control (Git, Azure DevOps, etc.).
