Lead React Native Developer Description

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Lead React Native Developer to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing mobile applications using React Native as a cross-platform solution. You will lead a team of developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications that meet our business needs.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of mobile applications using React Native
Ensure applications meet quality standards by performing peer code reviews and unit testing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and develop UI based on API specifications
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues for continuous improvement
Mentor and guide team members on React Native development best practices

Requirements

5+ years of experience with React Native
Expertise in native iOS and Android platform development including proficiency in Kotlin and Swift
Background in implementing design patterns and mobile development concepts
Experience in agile project environments
Strong sense of ownership and a good work ethic
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with at least a B2 level in English
