The Leasing Agent is responsible for direct interaction with prospective residents. The role touches the leasing process from introduction through approval.
REQUIREMENTS
The Leasing Agent is highly organized with strong time management skills and an understanding of prioritization. Naturally driven to provide excellent customer service and to instill trust, the Leasing Agent is a natural communicator with good negotiation skills, the ability to work independently, and a professional demeanor.
Each leased unit results in a $200 commission. Typically are leasing agents lease 4-8 units per month, depending on the season and their availability. This is a great part time job for students, parents, or anyone who is looking for flexibility and some side hustle cash.
Compensation: $800.00 - $1,600.00 per month
