Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW OR LICSW)

A Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker is needed in Lowell, MA.

The Position

Our Client is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) for a full time, permanent, position in Lowell, MA. The social worker demonstrates proficiency in providing traditional social work services in a professional and respectful manner with the goal of helping older adults live safely and comfortably in their homes and communities for as long as they can.

• Salary Range is $70,000- $95, 000 Based on Experience

Responsibilities

• Monday- Friday Schedule
• 8:00am- 4:00pm
• Mainly Delivering Case Management for the Geriatric Population, Along with Occasional Therapeutic Support.
• 3-8 Patients per Day, Mostly Outpatient Clinic Based - Both Face to Face and Telehealth
• Small Amount of Traveling Required: Local Travel, Within Daily Work Hours, to See a Patient Who is Not Able to Make it Into the Clinic or is in a Facility.
• No Nights
• No Weekends
• No Call

Requirements

• Massachusetts LCSW or LICSW License
• Minimum of 1 experience in Social Work providing traditional Clinical or Case Management services with a geriatric population
• Willingness to Collaborate With Interdisciplinary Team
• Collaborate and Provide Communication with Hospitals, Nursing Homes and Community Agencies
• Current CPR Certification
• COVID Vaccination Required OR Exemption
