Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Physician to provide care for patients aged 55 and older. If you have an active state license, BC certification, and ACLS, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Perform initial comprehensive history and physical assessments on new enrollees
See 4-6 patients per day
Weekday shifts
Credentialing and DEA required

Qualifications:

Active state license
BC certification
ACLS certification
DEA certification
