Job Description

Job Title: Locums CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist)

Compensation: $250 per hour

Overview: We are seeking skilled and dedicated CRNAs to join our team on a locum tenens basis. This role offers the opportunity to work under the medical direction of an Anesthesiologist. We can license in Missouri and are open to candidates with licenses from any state. The ideal candidates will be able to start as soon as credentialed and commit to any consecutive 4 days within a 7-day period.

Available Shifts:

1. Option 1:

   • Four 10-hour shifts
   • Monday to Friday
   • 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM

2. Option 2:

   • Three to four evening shifts a week
   • 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

3. Option 3:

   • Four 10-hour shifts at a surgery center
   • Monday to Thursday

4. Option 4:

   • Eight-hour shifts at a level one trauma center
   • Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Provide anesthesia care to patients in various clinical settings.
• Work collaboratively with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and implement anesthesia care plans.
• Administer anesthetics and monitor patients during surgical procedures.
• Manage post-anesthesia care and address any complications.

Requirements:

• Active CRNA certification.
• Eligibility for licensure in Missouri (we will assist with licensing if necessary).
• Ability to start promptly once credentialed.
• Flexibility to work any consecutive 4 days within a 7-day period.
• Commitment to high-quality patient care and professional excellence.
