Machine Operator :

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains productivity levels according to plant goals.
• Adheres to the Company’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics standards.
• Properly reports labor.
• Gets drawings needed and cut parts without assistance.
• Operates a computerized back stop.
• Performs weekly maintenance on shear.
• Knowledge of gauges / types of metals.
• Reads blue prints as needed.
• Stores parts properly.
• Distinguishes between interior and exterior.
• Performs scribing and notching.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Education preferred.
• Read and write English.
• Knowledge of company safety policies.
• Able to read Tape measure.
• Prior Machine Operating experience REQUIRED.
