Adecco is hiring immediately for this Entry Level Manufacturing job with Univance in Winchester, KY. Weekly pay starting at $15.00-$15.75 per hour and competitive benefits with options such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). We have openings on multiple shifts and can help you find the best shift to fit your schedule. These Machine Operator jobs are entry level and do not require any previous experience. This is a temp to hire position! Primary responsibilities for Machine Operators include: + Maintain process flow for machining/assembling each part based on specific procedures and completing all daily production tracking reports accurately + Perform quality check inspections by measuring (gauging) part diameters, depths, external and internal grooves, etc. as required for the work cell (machining or assembly) + Demonstrate good understanding of all production-related documentation (e.g., PCC, Operation Sheets, SOS, FMEA, Key Point, Kan Ban, Flow Cards) + Demonstrate good understanding of TPM by checking all fluid levels in the machines (e.g., oil, coolant, etc.), and participate in scheduled TPM activities + Attend and successfully complete all operator training required for each Rank + May participate in investigations and suggest countermeasures + Train others when requested in areas where already achieved suitable Competency level + Strive daily to meet Department and Company goals and objectives; improve (Kaizen) machine processes, support team leaders and members, and maintain a safe working environment for all + Maintain strong attendance; knows and follows Company policies as directed by the Employee Handbook, the Safety Rules and Regulations, and the Quality Manual + Other duties required of the job and requested by a member of Management Team Click on Apply Now to be considered for this Entry Level manufacturing job in Winchester, KY.
