Requirements

Are You the Leader We Need?

After remarkable growth in Switzerland and success in Germany, Unit8 is excited to enter the US market. We seek an entrepreneurial, results-driven individual to lead our US operations as Country Head/Managing Director. This role involves defining and executing Unit8’s go-to-market strategy for the USA.

You Are:

• Experienced with at least 7 years in leading management consultancy at the intersection of business & technology, particularly in data, AI & analytics.
• A charismatic leader with a proven track record in establishing, maintaining, and growing commercial relationships in data, AI & analytics services.
• Familiar with the US business landscape and able to leverage an existing network of decision-makers.
• Skilled in building and managing high-performing teams.
• Innovative in identifying and prioritizing business challenges, providing relevant solutions.
• An excellent communicator, motivated to represent Unit8 externally.
• Willing to travel (up to 40%, primarily within the USA and occasional visits to Switzerland).
• A graduate in IT, computer science, engineering, business, mathematics, or natural sciences.
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a “can-do mentality.”
• Based in New York City or Boston, Massachusetts.
  
  

What You’ll Do

• Establish Unit8’s presence in the USA and act as Country Head/Managing Director.
• Define and execute our USA go-to-market plan focused on commercial success.
• Acquire new customers and grow relationships (sales quota carrying).
• Identify market opportunities through conferences, meetings, networking, and other channels.
• Develop and lead a high-performing team in a matrix structure.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Collaborate with internal Unit8 teams to equip yourself for success.

The estimated total salary range for this position is $150,000 - $290,000 per year, determined by each individual's relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors.
