Minimum 6+ years of hands-on manufacturing engineering experience with direct customer interaction
Strong experience with Surface Mount Technology (SMT) must have
Knowledge of Thru-Hole Technology
In-depth understanding of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturing processes
Proven expertise in PCB assembly methods, troubleshooting, and process optimization
The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for implementing, sustaining, and improving equipment and processes related to Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assembly, including both Thru-Hole and Surface Mount Technology (SMT).
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, specify, and install equipment and processes for PCB assembly
Support and sustain processes involving PCBs in plastic cases, metal enclosures, or potting materials
Drive continuous process improvements and implement modifications to enhance production efficiency and product quality
Develop and maintain process documentation, procedures, and work instructions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to address technical issues and support product requirements
