We are looking for a motivated Marketing and Sales Assistant who will collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to create and execute impactful strategies for our clients. This role will allow you to work closely with clients and consumers in specific target markets, contributing to the achievement of key performance metrics defined by both our clients and senior management.

Marketing and Sales Assistant Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing and sales campaigns.
• Collect customer feedback and analyze data to measure campaign success.
• Conduct market research to gain a deeper understanding of the target audience’s needs.
• Collaborate in the development of sales and marketing strategies by supporting research efforts and coordinating activities with the leadership team.
• Promote and upsell products and services to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Stay current with industry trends by attending training sessions and networking events.

Marketing and Sales Assistant Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 0-3 years of experience in marketing and sales is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation to attend client meetings and events.
