Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate Specialist to join our team. This role will provide essential support across various marketing initiatives, helping to enhance communication, improve client, supplier and associate experiences, and ensure seamless execution of communication strategies. This role will collaborate closely with members of the marketing team and other cross-functional teams to manage internal and external communications, and support CRM and CMS platform functionality.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for drafting, coordinating, and sending urgent customer advisories to ensure timely and accurate information is delivered. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create, distribute and measure a weekly internal newsletter that highlights key updates and initiatives. 
• Oversee inquiries directed to marketing shared mailboxes, ensuring prompt responses and streamlined communication across teams. 
• Regularly update supplier microsites, troubleshoot functionality, and test features to enhance the customer and supplier portal experience. 
• Provide support in producing internal and external webinars, assisting with setup, execution, and follow-up activities for virtual events. 
• Coordinate and assist with various marketing initiatives, including the development of case studies and email campaigns, to maintain a content calendar aligned with company goals. 
• Conduct yearly surveys, where appropriate, to gather feedback from suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders (when relevant), identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies for continuous innovation. 
• Support WhatsApp and SMS text strategies to improve customer engagement and experience. 
• Manage and update content on internal marketing resources page.
• Other marketing duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 
• Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 
• Detail-oriented with basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms and CRM systems. 
• Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment and engaging with cross-functional groups. 
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and an interest in learning marketing technology and analytics tools. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms, webinar software, design tools such as Canva, and content management systems. 
• Previous internship or project experience in marketing or communications. 
• French-speaking capabilities would be a plus.
