Part-Time Marketing Coordinator (Real Estate Focus)

Location: Remote with Weekly In-Person Meetings

Hours: Part-Time (Flexible)

We are a Boca Raton-based Commercial Real Estate firm with over 25 years of success in the industry. We specialize in leasing, sales, and investment opportunities, and we’re looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator to help elevate our brand and property exposure.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with experience in CoStar/LoopNet, graphic design, and direct mail marketing . This is a remote position with weekly in-person meetings in Boca Raton with the firm’s owners. Computer equipment and design software will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and update property listings on CoStar, LoopNet, and other real estate platforms.
2. Design and update marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
3. Create and execute direct mail campaigns to promote listings and company services.
4. Assist with digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns and social media content.
5. Conduct market research and track campaign effectiveness.
6. Collaborate with leadership to ensure marketing aligns with business goals.

Requirements:

1. Real Estate marketing experience is REQUIRED.
2. Proficiency in CoStar, LoopNet, and other real estate listing platforms.
3. Strong graphic design skills (experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools preferred).
4. Experience with direct mail marketing and campaign management.
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
6. Ability to work independently from home while meeting deadlines.
7. Must be available for weekly in-person meetings in Boca Raton .
