hyrUP  is working with a well-established and rapidly growing brand in the restaurant industry, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple locations. This internal Marketing resources provides strategic marketing support to our corporate restaurant locations, franchise locations, ensuring brand consistency and local engagement. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and be a key resource for our corporate-owned and franchise-owned network.

Job Title: Senior Marketing Associate/Manager

Location: Hybrid; Split between Corporate Office in Landover, MD + Franchise Locations around DMV + Work From Home Flexibility

Logistics: This position requires as-needed travel throughout the DMV area (Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia) to visit franchise locations, provide on-site marketing support, and ensure brand consistency. Generous gas/mileage reimbursement for travel. **Please do not apply if you are unable to meet the local travel requirements**

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $75,000-85,000 + comprehensive benefits

Job Summary: The Marketing Manager will oversee all aspects of marketing at the corporate level while serving as a strategic resource for 10+ franchise locations. This role will be responsible for managing social media, developing franchise marketing materials, and creating internal graphics for signage. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing within the restaurant industry (or a similar retail-based environment), a creative mindset, and the ability to support franchise owners in executing localized marketing strategies. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute corporate marketing strategies to support franchise growth and brand consistency.

  • Manage and oversee all social media channels, creating content and engaging with audiences to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

  • Design and distribute marketing materials tailored for franchise locations, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

  • Create internal graphics for signage, menus, and promotional materials.

  • Collaborate with franchisees to develop localized marketing campaigns that drive traffic and sales.

  • Travel regularly to franchise locations throughout the DMV area to provide hands-on marketing support, assess needs, and implement strategies.

  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.

  • Coordinate promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and community outreach efforts.

  • Work closely with vendors, graphic designers, and print shops to produce high-quality marketing collateral.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure innovative and effective marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the restaurant or franchise industry.

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in multi-location marketing is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure marketing effectiveness.

  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the DMV area.
