We are looking for a Marketing Specialist for our proxy business. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, traffic, and conversions through various digital marketing strategies. Your main tasks will involve content creation, affiliate marketing management, SEO optimization, website management, data analysis, and industry research. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy marketer who is passionate about proxies, website security, and driving results.
**Core Hours & Benefits:**
* Core Hours: Monday - Friday, 3pm- 11pm US Pacific Time (7am-3pm, Philippine Time)
* Base Salary: PHP 30,000- PHP 35,000 monthly depending on experience
* Bonuses: Monthly and Annual Profit shares

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Content Creation: Write informative and engaging content about proxies, their applications, and website security.
* Affiliate Marketing: Develop and manage affiliate marketing campaigns to expand our partner network and increase conversions.
* Website Management: Update and maintain our WordPress website using DIVI and Elementor page builders.
* SEO Optimization: Leverage tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics to optimize website performance and content rankings.
* Data Analysis: Use Google Search Console and other platforms to analyze traffic, keyword rankings, and audience behavior.
* Industry Research: Stay updated on proxy technology, security trends, and competitors to deliver relevant and innovative content.
**What We’re Looking For:**
* Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in content creation and website optimization.
* Proficiency in using SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
* Expertise in WordPress, especially with DIVI and Elementor page builders.
* Strong understanding of proxies, website security, and their use cases.
* A strong track record of developing and managing successful affiliate marketing programs.
* Excellent research and writing skills, with an ability to explain complex topics clearly.
* A data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
