About the Role
As a Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping Web3-focused marketing strategies. If you have an agency background and love diving into competitor research, social media campaigns, and digital marketing strategies, this role is for you. You'll contribute to campaign planning, create engaging marketing materials, and develop SEO-driven initiatives that make a real impact.
What You'll Do
Conduct in-depth research on client target audiences, industry trends, and competitors in the crypto and blockchain space.
Develop and support integrated marketing strategies across various channels, including Website, SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing, Product Marketing, Funnels, PR, Branding, Reputation Management, and Paid Ads.
Perform audits (web, social, ad, product) and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Plan and execute multi-platform media and advertising campaigns.
Identify opportunities for client engagement through events, webinars, and community interactions.
Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide recommendations for optimization.
Assist in content creation, including developing engaging themes and topics.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including account managers, to ensure seamless collaboration.
Manage client communications, follow-ups, and coordination of marketing initiatives.
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance marketing efficiency.
What We're Looking For
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Crypto & Blockchain Knowledge: Strong interest and understanding of the industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to craft compelling content.
Marketing Proficiency: Experience with social media platforms, content management systems, and marketing analytics tools.
Strategic Thinking: Basic understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
Detail-Oriented & Organized: Strong time management and organizational skills.
