Compensation of $50-$65 / hour (including tip) plus benefits (health insurance, retirement, short-term disability, wellness perks, etc)

We are Jason & Allison Bowman, a husband and wife team bringing years of experience in hospitality and finance to The NOW. We have a natural passion for the wellness industry and our goal is to offer high-quality, affordable massage services in an inspired setting reminiscent of a beachside oasis. Position Requirements:

• Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Illinois
• Knowledge of Swedish, Deep Tissue, sports & stretching techniques. Prenatal & energy work a plus!
• Excellent guest service skills, dedicated professional, motivated and positive attitude

Each NOW boutique uses canvas draping to separate therapy spaces creating an airy feeling that adds to the soothing atmosphere. Natural wood surfaces and exposed beams are coupled with sheep skins, cactus galleries and crystal grids. All the elements are aligned to form the ultimate zen environment for optimum relaxation. With boutiques currently open from coast to coast and steady expansion on the horizon, The NOW is looking forward to bringing our thoughtfully crafted menu with customizable enhancements, healing products, and singular design aesthetic to cities all over the United States.
