Pilatus is hiring a Material Planning Analyst to join our team in Broomfield, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating on-time availability of spare parts by maintaining an accurate quarterly forecast, actively provisioning for service bulletin kits, managing consignment inventory, and facilitating clear cross-functional communication with our customers, our supply chain team, and our planning counterparts in Switzerland. What you do Maintains quarterly sales forecast for our supply chain team to ensure timely delivery and availability of spare parts for our service centersActively manages consignment inventory at multiple customer locationsCommunicates with service centers to ensure on-time return of exchange pool coresCommunicates with service centers to provision for upcoming scheduled maintenance visitsMaintains the list of recommended spare parts for visibility to service centersOversees exchange pool inventory, ensuring optimal stock levelsWorks with the planning team in Switzerland to provision for service bulletin kitsWorks creatively to identify ways to improve material availabilityOther Duties/ResponsibilitiesParticipates in scheduled material planning meetingsCoordinates with supply chain and Switzerland's planning team to schedule deliveriesReviews weekly AOG orders and makes adjustments to ensure availability in the futureParticipates in 24/7/365 AOG coverage rotation What you bring BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education and related experienceMaterial planning and/or spare parts forecasting experienceMust be able to prioritize the workload and produce high quality, detailed work on a consistent basisStrong proficiency in MS Office Professional software (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project)Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and excellent customer service skillsMust meet the criteria of a . person as defined under ITAR 22 CFR 120.62Preferred Skills/ExperienceExperience with SAP and/or Quantum Component Control ERP systemsAPICS Planning and Inventory Management Certification (CPIM)Experience in aviation/aerospaceKnowledge of FAA regulationsPilatus PC-12 and PC-24 knowledgeAbility to perform and execute advanced commands in Excel such as VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc. What we offer A committed, international team and unique projectsFlexible working hours and individual pension solutionsSupport for training and room for professional and personal developmentDiscounted meals in our staff restaurant and various discounts for employeesTeam events at which we celebrate our successes together
