We are looking for two dynamic Media Ad Specialists to join our team at Quintessa Marketing.

Your role will involve developing and executing advertising campaigns across Meta specifically, to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for crafting impactful advertising campaigns. You also have a track record in advertising strategy, media planning and campaign execution on the platforms mentioned above.

Objectives of the role

  • Developing and executing comprehensive advertising strategies to achieve marketing objectives and business goals.
  • Conducting market research and audience analysis to identify target demographics, trends and opportunities.
  • Planning, negotiating and purchasing advertising space across digital, print, broadcast and other channels.
  • Collaborating with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
  • Monitoring and optimising advertising campaigns to maximise reach and engagement.
  • Providing regular reporting and analysis on advertising performance, identifying insights and opportunities for improvement.
  • Checking market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

Your tasks

  • Manage advertising strategies aligned with marketing objectives and target audience.
  • Identify key advertising channels and platforms to reach target demographics effectively.
  • Negotiate ad placements, rates and contracts with media vendors and partners.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad concepts, messaging and visuals.
  • Run advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and out-of-home (OOH).
  • Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, making adjustments to optimize results.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on advertising performance.
  • Seven-Figure ad management
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms and best practices in advertising.

Required skills and qualifications

  • 3+ years of demonstrable experience in advertising or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of advertising principles, strategies and best practices.
  • Experience with advertising platforms, tools and technologies.
  • Knowledge of ad targeting, segmentation and audience profiling techniques.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field
  • Relevant certification in advertising and marketing.
  • Proficiency in using advertising analytics and reporting tools.
  • Understanding of legal and compliance considerations in advertising.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing analytics tools for campaign tracking and analysis.
  • Graphic design or video editing skills for creating advertising assets.
  • Multilingual proficiency for effective communication with diverse audiences.
  • Experience with Lead Generation in the legal industry
  • Familiarity with the PI Legal Industry
