BroadPath is currently hiring Medicare Provider Service Representatives. The Medicare Provider Service Representative is responsible for taking call and answering questions regarding members eligibility coverages, benefit types, copays, and claims.

Minimum 6 months of Medicare experience (within the last 4 years)
At least 1 year of recent experience as a health plan Provider and Member Customer Service Representative
Minimum 1 year of experience working from home
Strong computer and telephone multitasking skills, including:
Effective searching and typing information on the computer
Navigating multiple windows/screens quickly
Inputting information accurately while maintaining pace with the call
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to remain focused and productive even with repetitive tasks
Flexible scheduling to support in-season changes based on client needs
