Job Title: Member Data Specialist

Location: Chicago, IL

Compensation: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (100% on-site)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Member Data Specialist on a temporary contract. This individual will play a key role in maintaining and updating membership data to support organizational initiatives during a busy season.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately update and maintain membership records within the CRM system following established procedures.
• Assist with data cleaning tasks to ensure information is current and reliable for organizational use.
• Collaborate with team members to improve data management processes and workflows.
• Conduct outreach to obtain missing information and ensure data integrity.
• Professionally communicate with members and stakeholders as needed.
• Perform independent research to verify and update records.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with data entry and database management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly.
• Prior experience with CRM software or in a contact center/association environment is a plus.
