Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in preparing detailed cost estimates for our construction projects, enabling the execution of projects within budget and fostering client satisfaction. The successful candidate will be adept at analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.

Responsibilities:

* Analyze construction drawings and specifications to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
* Assess cost-effectiveness and feasibility of projects, proposing budget adjustments and options as needed.
* Engage with subcontractors and vendors for bids and negotiate prices.
* Prepare, maintain, and support documentation for contract bidding processes.
* Coordinate with architects, clients, and contractors on financial projections and bids.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a construction estimator.
* Strong understanding of construction methods and technologies.
* Proficiency with estimating software and Excel.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant field.
