Job Summary

Job Description

• Responsible for the routine handling, growth, and maintenance of various crops in controlled environments such as growth chambers, greenhouses, and laboratories.
• Assist in the execution and documentation of experiments.

Skills Required

• Ability to interpret experimental results is required.
• Requires a highly motivated, results-oriented team player.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong scientific depth.
• Proficiency in computer software, particularly Microsoft Office, Excel, databases, data analysis tools, and basic bioinformatics tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Education/Training/Certifications

• Degree in Plant Biology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in plant care or laboratory work.
• Candidates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree are preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
• Shift: 08:00 AM

Pay Rate/Salary

• Estimated Salary: $33.00 to $41.50 per hour based on qualifications.
