Role:
This hybrid role blends product ownership with scrum leadership, making it ideal for someone early in their career who wants to build technical and leadership skills in a fast-paced product environment. You will collaborate with the CEO, Engineering Manager, designers, engineers, QA and other stakeholders to help plan and execute Hussle’s roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the delivery of features across mobile and web platforms
Collaborate across departments to plan and implement product functionality within Hussle’s 8 core feature modules
Maintain and prioritize product backlogs
Write clear user stories and define acceptance criteria
Lead daily interactions with engineers and QA with stand up, updates, messaging, reports, meetings and other tools.
Track sprint progress and raise risks or blockers to appropriate stakeholders
Coordinate with design and development teams to ensure quality and timely releases
Collect feedback from internal stakeholders to inform feature improvement
Assist in coordinating QA processes before deployment
Work with team and other stakeholders for approval and sign off
Professional Experience / Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience is helpful.
Proven success and experience in a fast pace agile environment.
Experience managing and leading a scrum team with a track record achieving and exceeding delivery targets.
The successful candidate will be charismatic, collaborative, and have strong organizational skills to work and manage multiple priorities.
This role requires tenacity, aggressiveness and persistence (aka scrappy).

Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to make informed decisions.
