We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Mortgage Loan Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in guiding clients through the exciting process of homeownership.

What You'll Do:

Become a trusted advisor: Consult with clients to understand their unique financial situations and homeownership goals.
Educate and empower: Explain different mortgage options, rates, and terms in a clear and concise manner, ensuring clients make informed decisions.
Guide clients through the entire mortgage process: From application to closing, you'll be there every step of the way.
Build strong relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
Stay ahead of the curve: Keep up-to-date on the latest mortgage industry trends and regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service: Deliver a seamless and positive experience for every client.
What You'll Bring:

At least 1 year of experience in mortgage lending or a related finance field.
In-depth knowledge of various mortgage products, including conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
Proficiency in mortgage software and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Active NMLS license.
