**Responsibilities**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate **Nutrition Assistant II** to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our patients on their journey to optimal health and well-being. Provide exceptional customer service:
+ Greet patients warmly, answer questions, and address concerns with empathy and professionalism.
+ Assist with patient intake: Gather patient information, including dietary history and health concerns.
+ Schedule appointments and manage patient records
+ Utilize our electronic health record system to efficiently manage patient data and appointments.
+ Prepare and maintain patient education materials:
+ Create and distribute materials on nutrition topics, recipes, and meal planning strategies.
+ Collaborate with registered dietitians:
+ Assist with data entry, meal planning, and other tasks as assigned.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
**Qualifications**
+ Two (2) years food service experience.
+ High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Fire Safety card within 90 days of employment
**This position is represented by SEIU-UHW and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.**

$23.00 - $25.42 /hour
