DynaIndustrial is looking for an Office Administrator. Thisposition is responsible for an assortment of tasks that support the needs of multiple departments utilizing yourgood organizational skills, yourMS Office computer skills, and yourtime management skills. The successful applicant will report directly to the Branch Manager and they will be someone that is flexible and willing to assist when needed.Requirements for the position include an excellent attitude, a sense of humour, attention to detail and a commitment to punctuality and good attendance. Some job duties include tasks such as: Creating spreadsheets and documents Data entry into our ERP Payroll Invoicing Assist in material tracking Filing and scanning of safety documents Preparing shipping documents Reception duties such as: copying, scanning, filing Preference will be given to someone who is proficient in Microsoft Office software and has a minimum of 3 years office experience in an Industrial or Manufacturing setting. A Business Administration Degree, Diploma or Certificate would be an asset.
