As a OR RN Circulator you will play a vital role in overseeing four operating rooms within our Orthopedic Surgery Center, specializing in outpatient and 23-hour stay surgeries. Your responsibilities will include ensuring strict adherence to established procedures and protocols while maintaining the highest standards of patient and staff safety. You'll be an integral part of a dedicated team, facilitating efficient surgical operations that prioritize excellence and integrity. This position offers a unique opportunity to impact patient outcomes positively while working in a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to delivering top-notch orthopedic care.
To excel as a Full-Time OR RN Circulator at Missoula Bone & Joint and Surgery Center, candidates must possess a Montana State Nursing License along with current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Proven experience as a Circulating RN is essential (two years experience preferred), as it enables you to effectively manage the operating room environment and coordinate surgical teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital for fostering collaboration with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff while ensuring patient-centered care. Additionally, attention to detail and critical thinking abilities are necessary to follow protocols accurately and respond swiftly in fast-paced situations.
