Description Inventory Data Entry & Order Processing Associate - Jewelry Industry Location: Santa Ana, CA Schedule: 100% Onsite Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $23-$28/hr DOE Are you detail-oriented, Excel-savvy, and passionate about working in a dynamic environment? Our client, a well-established jewelry store in the Santa Ana area, is looking to add an Inventory Data Entry & Order Processing Associate to their team! ️ What You'll Be Doing: + Accurately input and manage inventory data within internal systems + Assist with order entry, tracking, and fulfillment processes + Maintain organization of product details and SKUs across multiple platforms + Support internal departments with inventory-related reporting and Excel spreadsheets + Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order processing + Perform regular audits and reconciliations of inventory data Requirements ✅ What We're Looking For: + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas a must) + Meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy + Experience in a fast-paced office or retail environment + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines + Excellent communication and organizational skills ⭐ Preferred but Not Required: + Jewelry industry experience (highly desired!) + Familiarity with Edged software or similar inventory/order management systems TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
