Job Summary: Suburban Subaru is seeking a Part-Time Automotive Receptionist & Registration Clerk to join our team in Vernon! We’re looking for candidates with evening availability until 6:30 pm, weekend shifts, and a commitment to working during holidays. In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face of our dealership, ensuring visitors and customers are greeted warmly and assisted efficiently. You will also manage all inbound calls, directing them to the appropriate person or department. Additionally, you’ll handle vehicle registrations and respond to related customer inquiries, making this a dynamic, customer-focused position that requires strong organizational and communication skills. Compensation & Benefits: This part-time position offers competitive pay based on experience, with hours ranging from 10 to 20 per week. • Welcome and assist visitors and customers with professionalism and warmth
• Answer and direct calls on a multi-line phone system
• Process customer information accurately for vehicle registrations and related documentation
• Maintain and update registration records in an organized and timely manner
• Provide prompt, accurate information to customers regarding registrations and inquiries
• Follow up with customers as needed to complete registration processes
• Keep the reception and registration area clean and organized
• Support general administrative duties as required

Requirements:

• Familiarity with CT DMV vehicle registration processes is required
• Prior experience with a multi-line phone system
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the automotive industry
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
